This sustainable apartment is excellent for two adults, has a modern interior and features all modern conveniences. The apartment does not use gas. A high-efficiency 350-litre boiler and heat pump provide sufficient hot water for a shower, etc. The in-floor heating is pleasant in the winter months. You'll feel right at home in the luxurious kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with a vanity unit and a toilet.
Holiday & Short Stay Katwijk is located near the coast and the centre of Katwijk aan Zee. We would certainly recommend a nice stroll on the beach or through the dunes in Katwijk. Want to discover the area by bicycle? You can go on lovely bike trips through the dunes and along the bulb fields. Besides these activities, you'll find more than enough to do in the Katwijk area.
Rental includes sheet & bath towel package, VAT, tourist tax á €1.20 p.p.p.n and final cleaning á € 52,50. We welcome you after 15.00 hours, for our next guests we want to start at 10.00 hours with the cleaning.
We rent the apartment for a minimum of 3 night, 4 days

Katwijk is located in the Dutch Randstad area, a short distance from popular cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague. The closest car park, 'Princehaven', is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment. You can park here for € 10,00 per day, or you can buy a week card that will let you enter and exit any time, for € 25,00. Parking fee up to 2 hours in the (School street) with blue card On the street is € 3.00 euro per hour / Garage is € 1.80 euro per hour.
