Holiday & Short Stay has its roots in a company started by Ans van Delft. That company (HomeForLife) specialises in renting and leasing out private homes. For Holiday & Short Stay, they went in search of a suitable location for short-term stays. They chose Voorstraat and Varkevisserstraat in Katwijk, partly because the apartments could be renovated and furnished according to your wishes. The perfect addition to HomeForLife.

Sustainable apartments

The apartments in the Varkevisserstraat have optimal insulation and feature double glass windows that provide extra protection from the sun. The apartments were renovated to become energy neutral. The apartments do not use gas. A high-efficiency 350-litre boiler and heat pump provide sufficient hot water for a shower, etc. The in-floor heating is pleasant in the winter months. You'll feel right at home in the luxurious kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin with a vanity unit and a toilet.
